Who we are
Supreme Security Services operates the academy from its office in Concord. The public site keeps that operator relationship visible without turning parent-company facts into course reviews or provider-status claims.
The live security curriculum is organized around topics such as professional conduct, security procedures, reporting, emergency response, legal concepts, communication and crisis intervention. Public outline pages show the depth without exposing paid material.
What we teach
The online learning system provides protected video lessons, lesson completion and server-graded knowledge checks. The separate First Aid offer is in person and has no online curriculum.
Training is one step of three. The provincial licensing test and the licence application are administered by the Government of Ontario, not by us, and we are careful to keep that distinction clear. The official requirements are published here.
How we work with students
Every application is reviewed by a person before an account is created. If something about your situation needs a conversation — a question about eligibility, or which course you actually need — we would rather have that conversation before you pay than after.
