Your information
Privacy policy
This notice explains the information Supreme Academy uses to review applications, provide secure course access and support learners.
Information we collect
An application may include your name, email address, phone number, selected course, consent and the message you choose to provide. If approved, the platform stores your account, enrolment, lesson progress, verified learning activity, quiz attempts and any academy certificate record. Security logs use privacy-minimized identifiers where practical.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, create and protect your account, assign approved course access, record learning results, communicate service information, prevent abuse and meet operational or legal obligations. The public application never creates access automatically.
Service providers and disclosures
The academy uses its website host and may use Microsoft Graph to deliver account and course email. Embedded lessons use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, although playing a video can still connect your browser to YouTube. We do not sell learner information and this website does not collect payment-card numbers.
Cookies and security
WordPress uses cookies needed for sign-in and secure sessions. Administrative and learner actions are authorization checked, protected against request forgery and recorded where an audit trail is required. No online system can promise absolute security.
Retention and your choices
Records are retained only for academy operations and applicable legal, regulatory or accounting needs. Because the final retention schedule is still under owner review, contact us before applying if you need a specific retention commitment. You may ask to access or correct your information, or ask how a deletion request would affect required training records.
Contact
Use the contact page to ask a privacy question or make an information request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing account records.
