Supreme Academy Security training in Ontario

Website and learning platform

Terms of use

These terms set expectations for this website, the application process and an approved learner account.

Applications and course access

Submitting an application is a request for review, not acceptance, enrolment or proof of payment. Only an authorized academy decision can create an account and activate course access. Use accurate information and keep your account credentials private.

Prices, refunds and access periods

Only offer details expressly confirmed to you by the academy apply. Prices, taxes, inclusions, access periods, extensions, cancellation and refund terms are not promised by an unapproved website value. Ask for the current written terms before paying.

Learning records and acceptable use

Course access is assigned to one learner. Do not share an account, copy or redistribute protected lessons, interfere with progress or quiz records, bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully. The academy may suspend access while suspected misuse or a record discrepancy is reviewed.

Training is not a licence

Academy course completion, quiz results and academy certificates do not themselves grant an Ontario security guard licence, guarantee a provincial examination result, create a Training Completion Number, or guarantee employment. Provincial testing and licence decisions are separate.

Availability and changes

The academy works to keep the service available and records accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Material course, access or policy changes should be communicated through the academy’s approved channels and cannot silently override a written offer already agreed with a learner.

Questions

Contact Supreme Academy before applying or paying if a term is unclear. These interim website terms do not replace offer-specific written terms supplied by the academy.
